Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Base

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add the melted coconut oil, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  3. Mix until fully combined and creamy.

Step 2: Add the Chocolate

  1. Sift the cocoa powder and powdered sweetener into the mixture.

  3. If the mixture is too thick, add the heavy cream and mix until silky.

Step 3: Add Mix-Ins (Optional)

Fold in shredded coconut, chopped nuts, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, or sugar-free chocolate chips for added texture and flavor.

Step 4: Fill the Molds

  1. Spoon the mixture into silicone candy molds or a mini muffin pan lined with paper liners.
  2. Smooth the tops using the back of a spoon or a small spatula.

Step 5: Chill

  1. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  2. Once set, remove the fat bombs from the molds.

Step 6: Serve

Enjoy chilled straight from the refrigerator. They soften quickly at room temperature, so return leftovers to the fridge after serving.
