Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 250–300 g chocolate wafers, graham crackers, or digestive biscuits
- Cocoa powder or chocolate shavings for topping
Optional Add-Ins
- Mascarpone cheese or cream cheese
- Cinnamon
- Coffee liqueur

Instructions
- Prepare the whipped cream
In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft-to-medium peaks form.
- Sweeten the coffee (optional)
Stir sugar or maple syrup into the cold brew if desired.
- Dip the cookies
Quickly dip each cookie into the cold brew. Avoid soaking too long.
- Build the layers
In a dish or loaf pan:
- Spread a thin layer of whipped cream
- Add coffee-dipped cookies
- Cover with whipped cream
- Repeat until all ingredients are used
- Top the cake
Finish with whipped cream and sprinkle cocoa powder or chocolate shavings on top.
- Chill thoroughly
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
- Serve cold
Slice and enjoy chilled.
