Ingredients
- 4 fresh limes, washed thoroughly
- 4 cups cold water
- ½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Cut the limes into quarters and remove the white center if very thick.
- Add limes, water, and sugar to a blender.
- Blend briefly for about 10–15 seconds only (overblending can make it bitter).
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
- Return the liquid to the blender and add condensed milk plus ice.
- Blend again for a few seconds until frothy.
- Serve immediately while cold.
