Ingredients

  • 4 fresh limes, washed thoroughly
  • 4 cups cold water
  • ½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Cut the limes into quarters and remove the white center if very thick.
  2. Add limes, water, and sugar to a blender.
  3. Blend briefly for about 10–15 seconds only (overblending can make it bitter).
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
  5. Return the liquid to the blender and add condensed milk plus ice.
  6. Blend again for a few seconds until frothy.
  7. Serve immediately while cold.
