Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken thighs, drumsticks, or breasts
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken thoroughly with the sauce mixture.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill over medium heat for 6–8 minutes per side, brushing with extra sauce while cooking.
Oven Method
- Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 35–45 minutes, brushing with sauce halfway through.
