Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Insert a skewer through the center of each potato lengthwise.
  2. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the potato into a spiral while rotating it.
  3. Gently stretch the spiral down the skewer to create the tornado effect.
  4. Brush with olive oil and season with salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
  5. Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 35–45 minutes or air fry until crispy and golden.

Optional Grilling Method

  • Grill over medium heat, rotating occasionally until crisp and cooked through.
