Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Wooden skewers

Instructions
- Insert a skewer through the center of each potato lengthwise.
- Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the potato into a spiral while rotating it.
- Gently stretch the spiral down the skewer to create the tornado effect.
- Brush with olive oil and season with salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 35–45 minutes or air fry until crispy and golden.

- Grill over medium heat, rotating occasionally until crisp and cooked through.
- Add toppings immediately while hot.
