Instructions
Step 1: Make the Triple Berry Syrup
In a medium saucepan, combine:
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Sugar
- Water
Place over medium heat and bring to a gentle simmer.
As the berries heat, they will begin releasing their juices and breaking down naturally.
Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Allow the mixture to simmer for 12–15 minutes until the berries become soft and the liquid develops a rich berry color.
Add the lemon juice and stir well.
Step 2: Strain the Syrup
Remove the saucepan from the heat.
Pour the berry mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl.
Press gently with the back of a spoon to extract as much juice as possible.
Discard the seeds and pulp or save them for yogurt, oatmeal, or smoothie bowls.
Allow the syrup to cool completely.
For best results, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3: Prepare the Glasses
Fill six serving glasses halfway with ice.
Add a few fresh berries to each glass.
Include a few mint leaves for extra freshness.
Step 4: Mix the Sparklers
In a large pitcher combine:
- Chilled berry syrup
- Lime juice
- Lemon juice
Stir thoroughly.
Slowly pour in the sparkling water.
Mix gently to preserve the bubbles.
Step 5: Assemble the Drinks
Pour the sparkling berry mixture over the prepared glasses.
Leave a little room at the top for garnish.
The drink should appear bright, bubbly, and filled with colorful berries.
Step 6: Garnish
Decorate each glass with:
- Fresh strawberries
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Lemon slices
- Lime wheels
- Fresh mint sprigs
Serve immediately while cold and sparkling.
Optional Cocktail Version
For an adult-friendly version, add one of the following to each glass:
- 1½ ounces vodka
- 1½ ounces gin
- 1½ ounces prosecco
- 1½ ounces white rum
Stir gently before serving.

Pro Tips
Use Fresh Seasonal Berries
Peak-season berries provide the best flavor and natural sweetness.
Chill Everything
Cold syrup and sparkling water help maintain maximum fizz.
Add Sparkling Water Last
This preserves carbonation and keeps the drink bubbly longer.
Freeze Berries
Frozen berries work beautifully as flavorful ice cubes that won’t dilute the drink.
