Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, and salt.
- In a second bowl, whisk together plant-based milk and hot sauce.
- Dip each vegan chicken cutlet into the milk mixture, then coat thoroughly in the seasoned flour.
- Heat about ½ inch of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
