Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables

Step 4: Strain (Optional)

Use the back of a spoon to press the liquid through, leaving behind any skins or seeds.

Step 5: Taste and Adjust

Taste the gazpacho before chilling.

Adjust the seasoning as needed by adding:

  • More salt for flavor
  • Extra vinegar for brightness
