  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz triple sec or orange liqueur
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream or frozen whipped topping
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or simple syrup (optional)
  • Ice, as needed

For the Rim (Optional):

  • Lime wedge
  • Coarse salt or Tajín seasoning

Instructions

  1. If desired, rim a glass with lime juice and dip into salt or Tajín.
  2. Add frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and vanilla ice cream to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add a handful of ice if a thicker consistency is desired.
  5. Taste and add honey or simple syrup if needed.
  6. Pour into prepared glasses and serve immediately.

Tips

  • Freeze fresh pineapple ahead of time for the best texture.
  • Use coconut rum in place of some of the tequila for a tropical twist.
  • For a thicker drink, reduce the pineapple juice.
  • Add a splash of coconut cream for extra richness.
  • Chill the glasses before serving to keep the margaritas frozen longer.

Flavor Variations

  • Mango Dole Whip Margarita: Replace half the pineapple with frozen mango.
  • Coconut Pineapple Margarita: Add 2 tablespoons coconut cream.
  • Strawberry Dole Whip Margarita: Blend in frozen strawberries.
  • Spicy Version: Rim the glass with Tajín and add a slice of jalapeño while blending.

Serving Suggestions

  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge or lime wheel.
  • Serve alongside tacos, grilled shrimp, or fresh fruit.
  • Perfect for pool parties, summer barbecues, and tropical-themed gatherings.

🍍🍹 These Dole Whip Margaritas are creamy, fruity, and irresistibly refreshing, delivering the flavors of a tropical resort in every sip.
