  • 2 oz bourbon or whiskey
  • 2 oz cream of coconut
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice

Optional Garnishes

  • Pineapple wedge
  • Maraschino cherry
  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Lime wheel

Instructions

1. Blend the Drink

  1. Add bourbon, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, lime juice, and ice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Serve

  1. Pour into a chilled hurricane glass or tall cocktail glass.
  2. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, cherry, or toasted coconut flakes.

3. Enjoy

Serve immediately while frozen and creamy.
