Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries or raspberries, washed and dried
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate (and ½ tsp coconut oil if using) until smooth.
  3. Dip each piece of fruit into the white chocolate and place on the prepared sheet.
  4. Freeze for 15–20 minutes until the coating is firm.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate with the remaining coconut oil.
  6. Dip the frozen fruit into the dark chocolate, coating completely.
  7. Return to the baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes or until fully set.
  8. Serve straight from the freezer.

  • Dry the fruit thoroughly before coating.

  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
