Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries or raspberries, washed and dried
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate (and ½ tsp coconut oil if using) until smooth.
- Dip each piece of fruit into the white chocolate and place on the prepared sheet.
- Freeze for 15–20 minutes until the coating is firm.
- Melt the dark chocolate with the remaining coconut oil.
- Dip the frozen fruit into the dark chocolate, coating completely.
- Return to the baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes or until fully set.
- Serve straight from the freezer.
