Ingredients

For the Martini

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz limoncello
  • 1 oz Irish cream liqueur or half-and-half
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice

Optional Garnish

  • Crushed graham crackers for the rim
  • Lemon zest or lemon slice
  • Whipped cream
  • Toasted marshmallow

Instructions

  1. Prepare the glass
    • Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of a martini glass.
    • Dip the rim into crushed graham crackers for a pie-crust effect.
  2. Mix the cocktail
    • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
    • Add vanilla vodka, limoncello, Irish cream (or half-and-half), lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Shake well
    • Shake vigorously for about 15–20 seconds until chilled and creamy.
  4. Strain and serve
    • Strain into the prepared martini glass.
  5. Add garnish
    • Top with whipped cream, lemon zest, or a toasted marshmallow if desired.

Tips

  • Use fresh lemon juice for the brightest flavor.
  • Chill the martini glass beforehand to keep the drink cold longer.
  • For a stronger dessert flavor, add a splash of cake vodka.
  • If you want a lighter version, replace cream with coconut milk or almond milk.
  • Toast the marshmallow with a kitchen torch for a real meringue-style finish.
  • Balance sweetness by adjusting the simple syrup or lemon juice to your taste.

Variations

  • Frozen Version: Blend ingredients with ice for a boozy lemon milkshake texture.
  • Extra Tart: Add more lemon juice and reduce syrup.
  • Creamier Style: Increase cream or use whipped cream vodka.
  • Non-Dairy: Use oat cream or coconut cream instead of dairy.

Serve immediately while cold and frothy.
