  • 2 graham cracker squares, finely crushed

Optional Garnishes

  • Chocolate shavings
  • Extra graham cracker crumbs

Equipment

  • High-powered blender
  • Mixing bowl
  • Electric hand mixer or stand mixer
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Two tall serving glasses
  • Rubber spatula

Instructions

Step 1: Chill Your Ingredients

For the creamiest texture, ensure the coffee is completely chilled before blending. Place your serving glasses in the freezer for 10–15 minutes while preparing the drink to help keep the frappuccino cold longer.

Step 2: Make the Marshmallow Whipped Cream

In a chilled mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and marshmallow creme.

Using an electric mixer, beat on medium speed until the mixture begins to thicken. Increase to high speed and continue beating until stiff peaks form. The whipped cream should be light, fluffy, and able to hold its shape.

Transfer to the refrigerator while preparing the frappuccino.

Step 3: Prepare the Glasses

Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of each chilled serving glass.

Spoon a tablespoon of marshmallow creme into the bottom of each glass.

Sprinkle a small amount of crushed graham crackers over the marshmallow layer to create the signature s’mores-inspired presentation.

Step 4: Blend the Frappuccino

Add the following ingredients to a blender:

  • Chilled coffee
  • Milk
  • Ice cubes
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Marshmallow creme
  • Graham cracker pieces
  • Vanilla extract
  • Sugar (if using)

Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth, creamy, and thick. If the frappuccino is too thick, add a splash of milk. If it’s too thin, blend in a few extra ice cubes.

Step 5: Assemble the Drinks

Carefully pour the blended frappuccino into the prepared glasses.

Leave about 1 inch of space at the top for the whipped cream.

Step 6: Decorate

Generously pipe or spoon the marshmallow whipped cream onto each frappuccino.

Drizzle chocolate syrup over the whipped cream in a zigzag pattern.

Sprinkle generously with crushed graham crackers.

Top with mini marshmallows, toasted marshmallows, chocolate curls, or extra chocolate drizzle if desired.

Step 7: Serve

Serve immediately with a wide straw and a long spoon.

Enjoy while the frappuccino is thick, icy, and perfectly creamy.

Serving Suggestions

  • Chocolate chip cookies
  • Brownies
  • S’mores bars
  • Chocolate muffins
  • Vanilla pound cake
  • Campfire-inspired desserts
  • Cheesecake

Storage

This drink is best enjoyed immediately after blending.

If needed, store any leftovers in the freezer for up to 1 hour. Reblend with a splash of milk before serving to restore the creamy texture.

The marshmallow whipped cream can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 24 hours and lightly whipped again before using.

Tips for the Best Copycat S’mores Frappuccino

  • Use strong brewed coffee or cold brew for a rich coffee flavor without watering down the drink.
  • Blend the graham crackers directly into the frappuccino for authentic s’mores flavor and texture.
  • Freeze your glasses before serving to help keep the drink colder for longer.
  • Add more marshmallow creme for a sweeter, more dessert-like frappuccino.
  • Use premium vanilla ice cream for the creamiest consistency.
  • Toast a few mini marshmallows with a kitchen torch (or under a broiler with care and adult supervision) for an authentic campfire flavor.
  • Garnish generously with graham cracker crumbs and chocolate drizzle for a coffeehouse-style presentation.

Recipe Notes

  • For a caffeine-free version, replace the coffee with chilled milk and add an extra scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  • Chocolate milk can be substituted for regular milk for an even richer flavor.
  • Whole milk creates the creamiest texture, but oat milk or almond milk can also be used.
  • If you prefer a less sweet drink, reduce the chocolate syrup and marshmallow creme slightly while maintaining the same blending method.
  • This homemade version captures the signature combination of coffee, chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker flavors that made the Starbucks S’mores Frappuccino a seasonal favorite.
