Instructions

Step 1: Make the Triple Berry Syrup

In a medium saucepan, combine:

  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Sugar
  • Water

Place over medium heat and bring to a gentle simmer.

As the berries heat, they will begin releasing their juices and breaking down naturally.

Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Allow the mixture to simmer for 12–15 minutes until the berries become soft and the liquid develops a rich berry color.

Add the lemon juice and stir well.


Step 2: Strain the Syrup

Remove the saucepan from the heat.
