- Prep the dry mix
In a bowl, combine oats, protein powder, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, graham cracker crumbs, and salt. - Add wet ingredients
Mix in nut butter, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract. - Adjust texture
Add milk gradually (1 tbsp at a time) until the mixture holds together when pressed. - Form the bites
Roll into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each). - Add coating (optional)
Roll in extra crushed strawberries or drizzle with melted white chocolate. - Chill
Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
