Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Pork Skin
- Remove any excess fat from the pork skin using a sharp knife.
- Cut the skin into small pieces (about 2–3 inches wide).
- Place the pork skin in a pot and cover with water.
- Simmer for 45–60 minutes until the skin becomes soft.
Step 2: Cool and Dry the Skin
- Remove the pork skin from the water and drain well.

- Refrigerate uncovered for 8–24 hours until completely dry.
