Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Pan

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Leave some extra paper hanging over the sides for easy removal.

Step 2: Melt the Chocolate Mixture

  1. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add heavy cream, powdered sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Mix until creamy and well combined.

Step 4: Combine Everything

  1. Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
  2. Beat until smooth and glossy.
  3. Fold in nuts or other optional add-ins.

Step 5: Chill the Fudge

  1. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  2. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.

Step 6: Cut and Serve

  1. Remove the chilled fudge from the pan.
  2. Cut into 24 small squares.
  3. Serve cold or allow it to sit for a few minutes for a softer texture.
