  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

Optional Garnishes

  • Sliced jalapeños
  • Lime wedges

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken with:

  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Ground cumin

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.

The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).

Transfer to a plate and allow it to cool slightly.

Step 2: Shred the Chicken

Using two forks, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Place the shredded chicken in a large mixing bowl.

Step 3: Make the Mango Chutney Sauce

In a small bowl combine:

  • Mango chutney
  • Lime juice
  • Soy sauce
  • Fresh ginger

Mix until smooth.

Step 4: Combine the Filling

Pour the mango chutney mixture over the shredded chicken.

Stir until the chicken is evenly coated.

For extra flavor, return the mixture to the skillet and warm it for 3–4 minutes.

Step 5: Prepare the Buns

Slice the slider buns in half.

Lightly toast them in the oven or on a skillet until lightly golden.

This helps prevent soggy sliders.

Step 6: Assemble the Sliders

Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun.

Top with:

  • Shredded lettuce
  • Mango chutney chicken
  • Red onion slices
  • Cucumber slices

Add fresh cilantro if desired.

Place the top bun over the filling.

Step 7: Serve

Arrange the sliders on a serving platter.

Garnish with sesame seeds and lime wedges.

Serve warm.
