Ingredients
Chicken Salad Filling
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 tbsp Italian dressing
- ¼ cup pepperoncini peppers, chopped
- ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Wrap Add-Ins
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- ¼ cup sliced salami or turkey pepperoni
- Banana peppers or extra pepperoncini
- Thinly sliced cucumber (optional)

- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
1. Make the Chicken Salad
In a large bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Italian dressing, pepperoncini, onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Mix until creamy and evenly coated.
2. Prepare the Wraps
Lay tortillas flat.
Add provolone cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, salami, and chicken salad mixture down the center.
3. Add the Grinder Drizzle
Mix mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
Drizzle lightly over fillings.
4. Wrap & Serve
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly.
Slice in half and serve immediately, or chill before serving.
