Ingredients

- 1 cup (170g) chocolate chips
For the S’mores Topping
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup (170g) milk chocolate pieces
- ½ cup crushed graham crackers
Optional Chocolate Drizzle
- ½ cup (85g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Crust
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, salt, and melted butter.
- Mix until evenly moistened.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate.
- Bake for 8 minutes.
- Remove and let cool slightly.
Step 2: Make the Brownie Batter
- In a heatproof bowl, melt the butter and chopped chocolate together.

- Let cool for 5 minutes.
