Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, or Pinot Blanc)
  • ½ cup peach schnapps
  • ¼ cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or simple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda, chilled

Fresh Fruit

  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • 1 green apple, diced
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • ½ cup strawberries, sliced

For Serving

  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Extra fruit slices

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Fruit

Wash and slice all fruit.

Place:

  • Orange slices
  • Lemon slices
  • Peach slices
  • Apple pieces
  • Grapes
  • Strawberries

into a large pitcher.


Step 2: Add the Liquids

Pour into the pitcher:

  • White wine
  • Peach schnapps
  • Orange juice
  • Lemon juice

Stir gently.

Taste and add honey or simple syrup if a sweeter sangria is desired.


Step 3: Chill

Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

For the best flavor, chill for 4-8 hours to allow the fruit to infuse the wine.


Step 4: Finish Before Serving

Just before serving, add:

  • Sparkling water or lemon-lime soda

Stir gently to preserve carbonation.


Step 5: Serve

Fill glasses with ice.

Pour sangria over the ice, ensuring each glass receives plenty of fruit.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves and additional fruit slices.
